All our providers are NRCME certified DOT Medical Examiners who offer CDL Medical Exams for Commercial Drivers License. We offer CDL exams 365 days a year. We offer DOT physicals from 8am-8pm during weekdays and 9am-5pm during weekends. No appointment necessary.
LI Urgent Care’s all-inclusive $99 CDL Medical Exam includes vision check, urine test at the time of the DOT medical exam visit and optional electronic transmission of your report.
